Talking Times Tables automated calls and printable worksheets are immediately available to you as soon as you start a subscription.
A single subscription is for one child to receive 5 phone calls per week. Missed or unscheduled calls are not carried forward as 'credits'. At the end of a week, unused calls expire and a subscription is allocated 5 calls for the coming week.
If you have a trial subscription, you can avoid extension to a standard subscription by cancelling your membership before the end of your trial period by visiting your 'Account Settings' : 'Subscriptions' page.
After your trial subscription has ended, it will be automatically converted to a paid subscription. That paid subscription will continue to automatically renew, unless terminated by Talking Times Tables or cancelled by you.
You may cancel your first subscription within 14 days of the date you signed up, however, we will only issue you a full refund if you have not received any calls and you have not accessed your Talking Times Tables account.
Your membership will continue to automatically renew, unless terminated by Talking Times Tables or cancelled by you.
When you cancel a subscription, you will have full access to worksheets and calls until your next Subscription Renewal date. On that date, your subscription will lapse and you will no longer have access to subscriber services. You will still have access to your account and will be able to view previous transactions and call logs, and re-subscribe or add children at any time.
